最近有空練習Ho’oponopono(寬恕的力量),
覺得厲害。
每個人應該都自覺曾被傷害,
或知道自己傷害了別人,
之後伴隨是內疚、難過或遺憾。
除了愛可以化解之外,
寬恕是更好的方法。

Forgive

Your litmus test here is a feeling of discomfort or unpleasantness,

Recall and discover why you added their names to this list.
After you create the list,
*write a blessing to each one of them,
